The Molecular and Genomics Informatics Core (MaGIC) provides high-throughput computational services and resources to internal and external laboratories. Our core staff provides pre-project consultations, fee-for-service workflows, and longitudinal collaborative assistance for bioinformatics analyses. Additionally, we develop novel pipelines and customize existing pipelines for both research and commercial partners to enable reproducible analyses. Paired with pipelined workflows, we have been building visualization tools to enable non-bioinformatics researchers to interrogate their data in depth. Learn more at bioinformagic.io
