Dr. Johnson is a Professor of Medicine, Division of Infectious Diseases, and the Director of the Center for Data Science at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School. The Johnson Lab has a longstanding history of developing and applying methods and software for biomedical data analysis, particularly for applying genetics, genomics, and metagenomics data to solve problems in precision cancer therapy, infectious diseases/host response, and addiction research.
